Thank you for choosing Kakao. We value your business and aim to provide the best service and quality products to our clients. Please take a moment to review the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through our website or any official channel, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

1. Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are considered final and non-refundable. It cannot be cancelled for any reason but could be postponed to a later date or replaced with other available  product of similar value or more by paying the difference.

2. Changes to Delivery Date
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for adjustments to the scheduled delivery date.

a) Postponing the Delivery Date
Clients may request to postpone their delivery to a later date, provided that such a request is made at least a week (7) calendar days prior to the original delivery date stated at the time of purchase. Requests made after this window will not be accommodated.
All postponement requests are subject to availability and operational capacity, and as such, it will be rescheduled on the available dates.

b) Advancing the Delivery Date
Clients may request to receive their orders in an earlier date, provided that such a request is made at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the original delivery date stated at the time of purchase. Requests made less this window will not be accommodated.


All advancement requests are subject to availability and operational capacity, and as such, it will be rescheduled on the available dates.

3. Delivery & Redelivery Policy
We recommend that you request your order before the event at least by one day. We can’t specify exact hour for delivery as it depends on the delivery agent schedule and the traffic. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the delivery address on the agreed date.
If a delivery attempt is made and the client is unavailable or unable to receive the order (e.g., incorrect address, no answer, refusal, etc.). In such cases, a redelivery fee of BHD 2.000 will be charged to arrange a second delivery.
This fee must be paid in full prior to the rescheduling of the new delivery date.

4. Product Care – Chocolate Dragees
The chocolate dragees, and sugar strips are valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Storage Guidelines:

- Store in a cool, dry environment.
- Maintain a temperature range of 16°C to 20°C (60°F to 68°F).
- Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources. Don’t store them in the fridge because of moisture. 

5. Color Variations Disclaimer
While we strive to present all product colors as accurately as possible through images and descriptions, actual product colors may vary slightly.

6. Product Descriptions 
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge and with the intent of being accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to correct any errors, or inaccuracies at any time.

7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters 
- Pandemics or health-related emergencies
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order as soon as circumstances allow.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Kakao for Chocolates reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
